  • Are there any organized shuttles?

    Yes! We will provide airport pick-ups and drop-offs. You will receive a form to complete after registering to share your flight information with us. 

    When should I schedule my flight?

    Airport pick-ups will begin at 11 am. Registration will occur from 2 pm to 4 pm at Carmel Mar Thoma Center. Please plan to arrive within this window. We will have the inaugural program at Carmel Mar Thoma Center and leave for Rock Eagle 4-H Center at 7:30 pm.

    Which airport should I fly into for the conference?

    Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

    When should I book my return flight?

    The conference ends on Sunday, August 3, and airport drop-offs will begin at 1:00 PM from Rock Eagle 4-H Center. The airport is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours away depending on traffic, so please plan your return flight accordingly.

    What if I plan to stay in Georgia after the conference? What will transportation look like for me?

    If you're planning to stay in Georgia after the conference, there will also be buses returning from the venue to Carmel Mar Thoma Center. You can coordinate your further plans from there.

    Is there parking on site?

    Parking on site will be limited to chaperones and volunteers. There will be parking available at the Carmel Mar Thoma Center for delegates driving to Atlanta.

  • What will lodging look like?

    Rock Eagle 4-H Center provides cabins. Each cabin will have 6 rooms and a common area. Each room in the cabin will have 4 beds (2 bunks) and a bathroom.  Basic bedding/blanket/pillow will be provided, but feel free to bring a throw blanket if you need more warmth.

    Will there be Wifi?

    Yes!

    What should you pack?

    Bible, comfortable attire, comfortable shoes, light jacket/sweater, toiletries, sunscreen, shower shoes, and goverment id for registration.

    How will we travel to the venue site?

    Transportation will be provided from the airport to Carmel Mar Thoma Center where delegates will be able to complete registration, have dinner, and participate in the inaugural ceremony. Delegates will then be transported to the venue site via buses.

  • When does Registration open?

    Early registration opens on April 6, 2025.

    When does Early Registration close?

    Early registration ends on May 6, 2025.

    When does Regular Registration close?

    Registration closes July 6, 2025, or earlier if all spots are filled.

    Who is eligible to be a delegate of DYFC 2025?

    Youth who are 18-35 as of July 31, 2025, and a member of a Mar Thoma Church in the North American Diocese.

    How much is Registration?

    Early registration is $275 per delegate and general registration is $300 per delegate.

    What will registration include?

    Registration includes transportation to and from the airport, bus transportation to the venue, all meals, snacks throughout the day, accommodations, bedding/blanket/pillow, conference t-shirt, and a conference goodie bag.

    What are the accepted payment options for DYFC 2025 registration?

    All payments/registration will be through Zeffy.

    How will my Achen verify my eligibility for the conference?

    The DYFC team will contact your Achen directly on your behalf in order to complete the verification process and make registration easier for you. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when you check in at the conference.


  • How can I get involved with DYFC 2025 beyond attending as a delegate?
